God-Confidence in the unknown

November 3, 2010

Mary came up for prayer and had asked to be anointed earlier this week, because of her pending surgery. She was a little nervous about having to go to the hospital, but wanted her confidence in God to be a witness to His power. She was surrounded by the friends and elders of the church. She also had people from various places in the United States supporting her online.

Amarilis was joyful as her friends, co-workers and family wrapped her with a prayer quilt as a symbol of their prayers for her and God’s envelopping presence in her life. Tuning in were more friends and family from Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, Barbados, California, Indianna and Michigan. House of Prayer Experience happens because of the people who bring or invite the people they know to the meeting.

Give thanks to the Lord, call on His Name; make known among the nations what He has done. Sing to Him, sing praise to Him; tell of all His wonderful acts.Glory in His Holy Name; Let the hearts of those who seek the Lord rejoice.
-Psalm 105:1-3
