Maria has found strength through House of Prayer Experience, and had shared her story a few months ago with the congregation. For a while now, she has had ten year old Yadi. on her heart.
She had heard of a this little girl who had been living from shelter to shelter, and was struggling in school. Maria has been praying for her and her family because as she says, “Yadi. needs to know that she is loved and prayed for.” The grandmother felt compelled to ask for a prayer quilt but wasn’t sure if the family would attend prayer meeting with her.
Well, Yadi. and her mom did come for the first time to the House of Prayer. God was already answering Maria’s prayers: the girl and her family have found permanent housing. Moreover, she has begun improving with her school work. It has been a tough road for the youngster, but things are looking up.
Yadi. watched on has waves of people came forward to pray blessings on her life. Pastor Sabine wrapped a quilt around her shoulder, and for the remainder of the evening, she held on to it as a symbol of God’s hug and your prayers for her.
